Role Overview

Join a dynamic team working on high-volume document and data processing systems in the financial domain for Solvas. This role blends technical collaboration, project leadership, and independent execution, with opportunities to shape process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to deliver financial data processing solutions
  • Work with product teams to finalize and define user requirements creatively and efficiently
  • Contribute to project planning: create user requirements, estimations, specifications, and presentations
  • Conduct regular development reviews and provide status updates through formal and informal channels
  • Independently manage work with minimal supervision and communicate development progress effectively
  • Create and manage sprint plans alongside product owners, aligning dependencies for smooth execution
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues impacting deliverables
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback to team members
  • Foster teamwork and camaraderie across geographically distributed teams
  • Share knowledge of software development and QA methodologies with peers

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • 56 years of project management experience, ideally in a global setting
  • Prior experience in software development projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities
  • Experience working across multiple time zones
  • Team player with exposure to:
  • High-volume data processing
  • Master data management
  • Data review or workflow platforms
  • Support or operations teams
