We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Odoo ERP development, customization, implementation, and integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo applications while collaborating with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication)
• MCA / M.Tech / MSc Computer Science

Experience:

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in Odoo Development
• Experience in Odoo Community and Enterprise Editions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
• Design and implement new business workflows within Odoo ERP.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, logistics providers, and external systems.
• Develop custom reports using QWeb and other reporting tools.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, deployment, and support activities.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Odoo Framework (v16, v17, v18 or above)
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with Odoo ORM, Models, Wizards, Controllers, Security Rules, Workflows
• Expertise in XML, QWeb, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Experience with Linux Server Administration and Deployment
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment environments is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Project Management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale Odoo ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM modules.
• Experience in performance optimization and database tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to lead development teams and manage technical deliverables.
