Required Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Community & Enterprise).
Strong expertise in:
- Python
- PostgreSQL (queries, triggers, performance tuning)
- JavaScript, XML, QWeb
- Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, and Odoo APIs.
- Solid understanding of core Odoo modules:
Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
- Experience in developing custom modules from scratch and modifying existing ones.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with Odoo web controllers and templating.
- Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have- Experience with AI-based development, such as:
AI integrations (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics)
- Use of AI APIs within Odoo workflows
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle and client interactions.
- Contributions to the Odoo open-source community.
- Knowledge of integration platforms and middleware tools.
