- MS / DNB Ophthalmology
- Fellowship in Oculoplasty (mandatory)
Experience
- 6–8 years post-fellowship
Must-Have Skills
- Functional and cosmetic oculoplasty procedures
- Lacrimal surgeries
- Lid and adnexal reconstruction
- OPD-to-OT independent case handling
- Exposure to trauma and complex reconstructions
- Teaching experience
- Multidisciplinary coordination (ENT / neurosurgery)
