Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru. The Senior Occupational Therapist will provide specialized evaluation, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions to children with diverse needs. Responsibilities include working with a multidisciplinary team to promote growth in motor skills, sensory integration, and overall development, as well as maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires collaboration with families to guide them toward achieving their child's milestones.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, with expertise in rehabilitation techniques and strategies
• Knowledge and experience in Pediatrics, with a focus on childhood development and early intervention
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families and other professionals
• Background or understanding of healthcare, medicine, and therapeutic best practices
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and dedication to supporting children with special needs
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Relevant work experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably working with children
• Licensure or certification as required by local regulations
