Urgent Hiring || Senior Nutritionist || South Delhi

Profile: Senior Nutritionist

Experience: Minimum 5 years

CTC : Up to 4.8 LPA

Location: South Delhi, India (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Conduct detailed client assessments to understand their dietary, lifestyle, and health needs.
• Develop and provide personalized nutrition and wellness plans, integrating principles of Ayurveda and modern nutrition science.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans based on feedback and results.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and mentor junior nutritionists to ensure high-quality service.
• Lead weekly meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and promote a collaborative learning environment.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations for team members.

Program Development:

• Work with the team to create and refine nutrition programs, integrating new research and client feedback.
• Develop educational materials, guides, and workshops to support client health goals and engagement. 
• Stay updated with advancements in nutrition science.
• To create new recipes and therapeutic plans.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that all nutrition plans adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company protocols.
• Conduct regular quality checks on client plans and documentation.
• Ensure high standards of client confidentiality and data protection.

Research and Innovation:

• Engage in ongoing research to stay informed of the latest trends in nutrition.
• Contribute to company research projects, case studies, and publications.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nutrition.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical skills for evaluating client needs and tracking health progress.
• Proficiency in digital health and nutrition platforms. 

Shift Day: Monday To Saturday
