Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Nutritionist who can help build the nutritional foundation of Kefilo across products, wellness programs, subscriptions, events, and community initiatives. This is a strategic role requiring both scientific understanding and practical execution in a startup environment.
The ideal candidate should be excited about building innovative and scalable wellness solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate nutrition-focused meal systems and wellness programs.
- Develop nutrition frameworks for students, corporates, fitness communities, and general consumers.
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure nutritional consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with doctors, wellness experts, and healthcare professionals for holistic wellness solutions.
- Create nutrition guidelines, wellness plans, educational resources, and awareness initiatives.
- Support healthcare and wellness events with consultations, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Contribute to research, preventive wellness models, and personalized nutrition approaches.
- Help shape future wellness products and subscription-based health ecosystems.
Requirements
- Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, or related healthcare domains.
- 3+ years of experience in nutrition, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle management.
- Strong understanding of preventive healthcare and holistic wellness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in technology-enabled wellness and scalable health systems is preferred.
