Senior Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Staff Nurse at NIMS Hospital, located in Tamluk. The Senior Staff Nurse will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, supervising junior nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and standards. Responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring patients, assisting in medical procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients. The role requires close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

• Proficiency in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and addressing patient needs efficiently
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assist in medical procedures and use medical equipment effectively
• Leadership capabilities to supervise and support junior nursing staff and provide guidance as needed
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and interaction with patients and families
• Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Knowledge of hygiene and infection control protocols
• Registered Nursing (RN) certification and a valid nursing license in the corresponding jurisdiction
• Prior experience as a nurse in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably at a senior level
• A bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification is preferred
