About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Nurse to join our core clinical team in Bangalore. You will be the backbone of our patient care operations, blending clinical rigor with the leadership skills needed to mentor junior staff. In this role, you will act as a trusted advocate for our patients, ensuring that our high-tech environment never loses its human touch.

What you will do

Put Patients First : You must treat every patient with kindness, empathy and patience. You are the person they will look to for comfort when they are worried.

Deliver Comprehensive Care : Perform detailed health assessments, screenings, and treatment implementation with a focus on obstetrics, gynecology, and women's wellness.

Lead & Mentor : Supervise junior nursing staff, providing guidance on clinical protocols and fostering a culture of continuous learning and patient safety.

Bridge the Gap : Be the main link between patients and doctors. Make sure they understand each other clearly and help build trust.

Manage Clinical Operations : Accurately update and monitor electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

What we're looking for

Must Have - Kindness & Communication: Being good at talking to people and understanding their feelings is a must. If you care more about finishing tasks than listening to patients, this role is not for you.

Experience : 3 to 4 years of proven nursing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in maternity care, OB-GYN, or women's health clinics.

Qualifications : A valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.

Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in women's health treatments and a comfort level with using digital tools and EMR systems.

Language : Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is a plus to better connect with our diverse patient base.
