Senior Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Nurse. The Senior Nurse will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, providing direct patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring patients health, administering treatments and medications, preparing patient care plans, and supporting families in understanding medical procedures and recovery processes. The Senior Nurse will also play a key role in mentoring junior nursing staff and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment for patients.

• Expertise in patient care, clinical practices, and medical procedures
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and mentorship skills
• Ability to administer treatments, monitor patient health, and manage medical records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Thorough knowledge of healthcare protocols, hygiene practices, and safety standards
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and tools
• Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid nursing degree or diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in a multispecialty hospital
• Experience in emergency care or critical care will be an added advantage
