Desired Candidate Profile
- Source potential candidates through various online channels, including social media platforms and professional networks.
- Plan and execute end-to-end interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and contact details using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
- Manage non-IT recruitment requirements effectively, ensuring quality and timely closures.
Experience & Education
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience in permanent staffing and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
