Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly logical Senior Node.js Developer to join our in-house development team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Node.js and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of real-time data handling (Streams, Sockets) and experience working with AI APIs. Familiarity with AWS Lambda and SaaS architecture will be a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
- Manage databases and data models using MongoDB
- Implement real-time features using Streams and WebSockets
- Integrate external services, including OpenAI APIs
- Deploy and manage serverless functions via AWS Lambda
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure code quality and performance with strong logical architecture
- Write and maintain tests using Jest, Cypress, or other relevant tools
- Debug and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js development
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB
- Experience working with real-time systems (Sockets/Streams)
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI integrations
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda and serverless deployments
- Solid grasp of REST APIs, authentication, and backend architecture
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Jest and Cypress
- Exposure to SaaS product development
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
