Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Nest.js .
- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures for scalable applications.
- Implement asynchronous communication using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Optimize application performance using Redis for caching and data storage.
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js .
- Hands-on experience with Nest.js .
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience working with Kafka or other message brokers.
- Hands-on experience with Redis.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend service development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with Git and version control.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Good To Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Understanding of security best practices, authentication, and authorization (JWT, OAuth2).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
