Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Data Engineer with over 6 years of experience in data engineering and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data pipelines using Apache NiFi and experience with various AWS services. This is a long-term remote contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Apache NiFi.
- Leverage AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions for efficient data processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and build data workflows.
- Work with visualization tools like Power BI to present data insights.
- Utilize Apache Airflow for orchestrating workflows (if required).
- Support data integration and transformation processes.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across the pipelines.
