Senior New Product Development & Production Assistant & Costing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production support & NPD activities for sheet metal products
- Review feasibility and prepare costing for new projects
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase and planning
- Develop proto samples and support shop-floor trials
- Convert customer requirements into manufacturable designs
- Reduce rework through design-for-manufacturing approach
- Handle engineering changes and revision control
- Support production with tooling, jigs and fixtures
- Ensure on-time project execution and smooth handover to production
