Description
Primarily work involves deployment, commissioning and support of enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure involving Cisco switching, firewall systems, high-availability networking and datacenter connectivity.
Responsibilities include
- Install and configure Cisco core and access switching infrastructure
- Configure VLAN, routing and network segmentation
- Deploy and maintain Fortinet firewall and cybersecurity systems
- Configure firewall policies, VPN and security services
- Design and support High Availability (HA) network architectures
- Configure switch redundancy and resilient datacenter networking
- Integrate servers, storage and backup systems with network infrastructure
- Carry out network troubleshooting and performance analysis
- Conduct network failover and resilience testing
- Prepare network architecture and deployment documentation
- Carry out field deployment, commissioning and customer support activities
- Conduct customer training and technical handover activiti
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting capability
- Experience with enterprise switching and routing
- Familiarity with Cisco switching environments
- Experience with firewall and cybersecurity systems
- Understanding of HA, redundancy and resilient network design
- Understanding of VLAN, routing and network segmentation
- Good communication skills and customer-facing attitude
