The Level 3 Network Engineer will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise Cisco network environments, responsible for advanced troubleshooting, design support, and implementation across Wired LAN, Wireless LAN, Firewalls, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The role involves handling high-impact incidents, driving root cause analysis, and supporting continuous improvement of network services
.Key Responsibilitie
sNetwork Operations & Troubleshootin
- gLead advanced (L3) troubleshooting for complex LAN, WLAN, and security-related incidents
- .Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and high-severity network issues
- .Provide escalation support to L2 teams and mentor engineers on complex cases
.Wired & Wireless LA
- NDesign, configure, and optimize Cisco enterprise LAN environments (Catalyst switches)
- .Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless infrastructures (WLCs, Access Points)
- .Support large-scale campus and site wireless deployments, including performance tuning and RF optimization

- .Support stabilization activities posttransition, ensuring smooth handover to steadystate operations
- .Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities during transition and recommend corrective actions
- .Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, tool onboarding, and access enablement
