The Network Infrastructure Service team is responsible for architecting, building, automating, and managing global network infrastructure across data centers and major public cloud providers.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative environment, and is passionate about working with modern networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support network and security infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments
• Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of both on-premises and cloud networks
• Monitor support queues, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents
• Implement corrective actions and ensure long-term resolution of network issues
• Support office connectivity for development and hosting environments
• Participate in rotational shift schedules (24x5)

Note: Candidates open to working only night shifts may be considered for remote opportunities (limited positions)

Required Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in network operations and implementation at enterprise scale
• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)
• Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture:
• Data Center Networks
• Campus Networks
• Public Cloud Networking
• Global WAN Connectivity

Technical Expertise

• Networking protocols: IPv4, IPv6, BGP, VPN, L2 Switching, VXLAN
• Experience with networking hardware and platforms:
• Arista (L2/L3, CVP)
• Cisco (Spine-Leaf, IOS, NX-OS)
• Meraki (Wireless)
• Palo Alto Networks

Good to Have

• Experience with Load Balancers:
• Citrix NetScaler (preferred)
• AVI Load Balancer
• NGINX
• HAProxy
• Knowledge of network security:
• Firewalls (Palo Alto)
• 802.1X Authentication
• Network Access Control Systems
