Job Description
Hiring: Customer Success Engineer – SASE/ Senior network Engineer
Location: Open / Remote
Experience: 5+ Years
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on SASE experience: SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS, CASB, DLP.
- Enterprise networking: BGP, TCP/IP, VPN, PKI.
- Network security and troubleshooting using Wireshark and tcpdump.
- Strong SQL, scripting, and automation skills.
- Customer Success Engineering / Technical Account Management experience.
- Experience with customer adoption, technical implementation, and security optimisation.
