Title: Senior Network Engineer - Load Balancing / Firewall

Location: Remote.

Long Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced F5 Load Balancer Engineer and Fortinet firewall SME with strong hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting F5 BIG-IP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers.
• Work on F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager) configurations.
• Configure and manage Virtual Servers, Pools, Pool Members, and iRules.
• Troubleshoot application traffic and load-balancing issues.
• Perform health checks and monitor application availability.
• Manage SSL certificates and SSL offloading.
• Work with network and application teams to resolve connectivity issues.
• Support F5 upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP.
• Good knowledge of F5 LTM.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Virtual Servers, Pools, Profiles, Monitors, and iRules.
• Basic understanding of SSL/TLS and certificates.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
