Work Mode: 247 Rotational Shifts

B.Tech / B.E / MCA

2. Required Certifications

Must Have:

CCNA

Fortinet NSE 4

Good to Have:

F5 Certifications

ITIL V4

AWS Certifications

3. Experience Requirements

Total Experience: 45 years

Must Have Experience

4+ years of 247 production support for complex network infrastructure in global environments

4+ years of handson experience with Firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiGate, WAF)

3+ years of experience in Routing & Switching (Cisco, HPE)

3+ years of experience with Load Balancers (Radware / F5 / WAF)

2+ years of experience in Wireless Networks (Aruba)

Strong hands-on experience with:

FortiManager

FortiAnalyzer

FortiAuthenticator

Good to Have Experience

Understanding of cloud networks: AWS, Azure, GCP

Exposure to SIEM tools

Knowledge of Cisco ISE

5. Roles & Responsibilities

Understand customer expectations and translate them into network & security requirements

Provide 247 rotational and on-call operational support

Work as part of the Project Execution and Network Operations teams

Provide quick resolution during major incidents

Perform network & security assessments and prepare proposals

Prepare project schedules for network activities and upgrades

Participate in ongoing infrastructure initiatives such as:

Firmware/IOS upgrades

Hardware refresh activities

Network security hardening

Enterprise monitoring enhancements

Implement network security policies and procedures based on client requirements

Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation (standards, processes, runbooks)
