Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support via telephonic, remote, and on-site channels
- Troubleshoot network and firewall issues; manage tickets in CRM
- Conduct product demos and training for customers and partners
- Create documentation and present solutions to internal teams and management
- Configure and manage Site-to-Site and remote VPNs
- Handle NGFW policy and rule management
- Manage LAN/WAN and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Work with routers, switches, and load balancers
- Monitor systems and follow ITIL practices
- Maintain strong technical documentation
- Deploy and configure Fortinet UTM and wireless access points at client locations
