Senior Network Engineer

Experience Required

• 10-15 years experience working in a network engineering position.
• Extensive knowledge of IP Networking protocols BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc. and hands on experience managing large Service Provider Networks.
• Experience and practical knowledge of network automation practices using Ansible playbook and Python programming.
• Working knowledge in a Linux environment in addition to traditional networking.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous or vaguely defined challenges in finding technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and network engineers.
• Proficiency in network automation tools such as Ansible (including AWX), Python scripting, and YANG data models will be highly regarded.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCP and JNCIE are highly preferred.
• Automation and DevOps-related certifications (e.g., DEV-NET) are considered an asset.
