Summary:
The Network Infrastructure Services Team is responsible for architecting, building, automating, and operating comapnys global network infrastructure across on-premises data centers and all major public cloud providers. The team supports highly scalable, secure, and resilient connectivity for company&rsquos development, SaaS, and enterprise platforms worldwide. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, partnering with global infrastructure and platform teams to ensure network stability, performance, and security at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support network and security infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
- Ensure availability, stability, and performance of on-premises and cloud network environments.
- Monitor the network support queue, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Support enterprise and cloud network architectures, including DC, campus, WAN, and hybrid connectivity.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve critical issues and support ongoing infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in shift rotations to provide operational coverage.
Requirements:
- 6 years of hands-on experience in network operations and implementation at enterprise scale (data center and/or public cloud).
- Strong experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of enterprise network design, including Data Center, Campus Networks, Public Cloud Networking, and Global WAN connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies: IPv4 / IPv6, BGP, VPN technologies, L2 Switching, and VXLAN.
- Hands-on experience with multiple network vendors, including: Arista (L2/L3, CVP) required, Cisco (Spine-Leaf, IOS, NX-OS), Meraki (Wireless), and Palo Alto Networks (Firewalls).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with load balancers, preferably Citrix NetScaler, AVI Load Balancer, NGINX, and HAProxy.
- Knowledge of network security and access control, including Palo Alto Firewalls, 802.1X, Network Authentication Systems, and VPN technologies.
- Public Cloud Network Certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP).
