Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Administrator to manage, maintain, secure, and optimize corporate network and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in networking, server administration, firewalls, virtualization, backup solutions, and network security.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot corporate networks, servers, firewalls, and infrastructure.
- Manage Cisco networking, Layer 3 switching, routing, network segmentation, and VPNs.
- Administer FortiGate firewalls, Internet VPNs, and network security solutions.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain server hardware and applications.
- Administer Windows Server 2019 and above.
- Support and manage Microsoft, Cisco, Hyper-V, and VMware environments.
- Monitor network performance, availability, utilization, latency, and connectivity.
- Implement network hardening, security policies, access controls, and best practices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access policies.
- Configure and maintain Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions.
- Perform backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, firewall, and end-user issues.
- Proactively identify infrastructure issues and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with hardware, firewall, telecom, and other technology vendors.
- Define and maintain network and infrastructure policies and procedures.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support during infrastructure emergencies or planned maintenance.
- Lead infrastructure-related activities and provide technical guidance to team members when required.
- Travel overseas when required for infrastructure implementation or support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Network Administration / Infrastructure Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking, routing, Layer 3 switching, and network segmentation.
- Experience with FortiGate Firewall, VPN, and network security.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 or above.
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and restoration.
- Good understanding of network security, hardening, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in server hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Team Lead / Infrastructure Lead experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CCNA / MCSE / MCITP certification preferred.
- CCDP / CCIE certification will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate
A hands-on Senior Network/Infrastructure Administrator with strong expertise in Cisco, FortiGate, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Veeam, VPN, routing, switching, and network security, capable of independently managing enterprise infrastructure and resolving critical production issues.
