We are looking for a Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant to own and lead NetSuite functional implementations, enhancements, and support activities. The role requires strong ERP process knowledge, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to guide teams, interact with senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across NetSuite modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis and map requirements to NetSuite functionalities
- Own functional solution design and lead NetSuite implementations across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay modules
- Configure and manage NetSuite features, preferences, workflows, roles, dashboards, and SuiteBundles
- Oversee NetSuite customizations including custom records, fields, forms, saved searches, and reports
- Lead data migration activities using CSV imports and legacy-to-NetSuite mapping
- Manage and execute Unit, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing
- Prepare and review TRDs, functional documentation, and end-user training materials
- Manage release previews, sandbox refreshes, and testing for NetSuite upgrades
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and manage enhancement requests
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders; mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
- NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant / Financial User / SuiteFoundation)
- Experience in consulting or multi-client delivery environments
- Exposure to India localization (GST, TDS, statutory reporting)
- Experience supporting global or multi-subsidiary NetSuite accounts
