Role Overview

Job Role :: Senior NetSuite Developer (SuiteScript, SCA, Integrations)

Location : Bengaluru hybrid

Job Type : Fulltime

We are looking for a senior, hands-on NetSuite expert who will drive customization, integrations, and overall ERP optimization.

This role acts as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, including:

• Development and customization
• System integrations
• Reporting and analytics
• UAT coordination and support

2. Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements

• 8–12+ years of total professional experience
• 4–6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience (mandatory)
• Strong exposure to ERP systems within enterprise or high-growth environments

3. Must-Have Technical Skills

Recruiters should explicitly validate the following:

• NetSuite SuiteScript (2.x)
• Ask: What types of scripts have you developed (Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Suitelets)
• Integrations (REST APIs / Web Services)
• Must have experience integrating NetSuite with external systems such as CRM, billing, or financial platforms
• SuiteFlow (Workflows)
• Should have automated key business processes like:
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• SQL / Data Management
• Experience with:
• Data migration
• Data transformation
• Saved searches and reporting

4. Functional Expertise

The candidate should have a solid understanding of the following business processes and modules:

• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Financial Modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Fixed Assets
