In this role, you will take a leadership position in shaping the backend architecture, defining best practices, and optimizing system performance. Our stack is C# with a strong functional programming approach, and we leverage PostgreSQL for efficient data management. We value problem-solving, creativity, and a focus on engineering excellence.

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance backend solutions using C# and .NET
• Develop front end using React JS.
• Leverage AI tools in the development workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex engineering problems.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.
• Define and enforce best practices for API design and system integrations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integration.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into robust, scalable architectures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software development.
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on architectural design.
• Expertise in .NET (C#) and hands-on experience with functional programming (F# is a plus).
• Experience with React.js is required.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of the software development workflow is required (e.g., for coding, debugging, refactoring, or accelerating development).
• Strong experience in database design, performance tuning, and query optimization with PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of scalable system design, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, security best practices, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and maintainability.
