We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong experience in US Healthcare to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions supporting critical healthcare workflows.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server, along with a good understanding of US healthcare systems and business workflows.
Experience with healthcare billing, claims, EDI, RCM, payer workflows, or related healthcare applications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable healthcare applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET MVC.
- Own end-to-end feature development including technical design, implementation, testing, performance, and reliability.
- Translate complex healthcare business requirements into clean and maintainable technical solutions.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Support teams to deliver reliable healthcare workflows.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database designs.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, auditability, and reliability across transactional systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Handle complex business rules and edge cases in healthcare workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering standards.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server, including complex queries, data modelling, optimization, and transactional data.
- US Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
- Ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Support.

RCM experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong US Healthcare development experience.

- Experience with 837, 835, 999, 277 or other healthcare EDI transactions.
- Experience with healthcare SaaS products.
- Exposure to PMS/EHR platforms.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Experience optimizing high-volume transactional systems.
