Senior .NET Developer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer (EL4) to support the Vision Platform Consolidation initiative. The role involves developing cloud-ready .NET services, supporting VAS migration, implementing Kafka-based real-time integrations, and building solutions across core platforms including NGS, Amazon Connect (IVR), ATS, Correspondence, and Claims/Encounters systems. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions while supporting data migration and platform modernization efforts.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Implement and support Apache Kafka event streaming integrations for real-time processing.
• Participate in the modernization and consolidation of core healthcare platforms.
• Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product owners.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, performance, and coding standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps best practices.
• Develop automated testing solutions to improve quality and reliability.
• Leverage Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve development productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and debugging.

• SQL and Database Development
• Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions for code generation, debugging, unit test creation, documentation, and productivity improvement.
