Design, develop, and enhance .NET-based applications and services.
Work with a modern enterprise stack including .NET, messaging systems (MQ), Redis, MSSQL, and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
Quickly ramp up on existing systems, architecture, and business domain.
Own the end-to-end delivery of features — from design and development to testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Contribute to technical design and architectural discussions, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges early, and proactively drive resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, performing root cause analysis when needed.
What You Know
6–10+ years of experience in .NET development (C#) in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with MQ (messaging systems), Redis, MSSQL, or similar technologies.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace or equivalent).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system integrations, and backend architecture.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in complex systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
