Senior .NET Developer

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer who will take ownership of a business-critical engineering application. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting a complex desktop software solution used in an engineering environment. You will work closely with cross functional teams, contribute to the application's technical roadmap, and ensure its reliability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the lifecycle of a business-critical engineering application.
• Maintain, support, and continuously improve existing software solutions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the application.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to software architecture, quality, security, and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and support teams.
• Participate in application deployment, operational support, and stabilization activities.
• Contribute to future enhancements and technical modernization initiatives.
• Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and best practices across the team.
  
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with WPF, C# and .NET development.
• Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQLite, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining rich desktop applications.
• Strong expertise in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
• Practical experience with UI component frameworks such as DevExpress or similar.
• Deep understanding of MVVM architecture and design patterns.
  
  

DevOps & Engineering Practices

• Experience with Git based source control systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Understanding of software quality, testing, and release management processes.
• Engineering Domain Knowledge, Background in EPC related software development.
• Exposure to industrial, engineering, instrumentation, automation, or systems engineering environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand and maintain technically sophisticated applications supporting engineering processes.
