Senior .NET Developer AWS & Microservices (6+ Years)

Our client is seeking an experienced .NET Backend Developer with strong AWS experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise-grade backend solutions. The role requires strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET, Microservices, RESTful APIs, SQL, and AWS, along with a focus on building secure, reliable, and production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services and microservices using C# and .NET Core/.NET.
• Build and maintain secure, well-documented RESTful APIs.
• Develop and optimize backend components integrating with SQL databases, enterprise systems, and third-party services.
• Implement microservices architecture, API gateways, service-to-service communication, logging, and monitoring.
• Deploy and support backend applications using AWS cloud services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, secrets management, audit logging, and secure coding practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, and environment configuration.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform performance tuning, and ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, data engineers, and application teams.
• Integrate backend services with AI/LLM capabilities where required.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET.
• Strong experience with Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills, including database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, logging, and secure coding practices.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, asynchronous programming, and clean code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

Nice-to-Have-Skills

• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI integrations.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar messaging systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and Secrets Manager.
• Familiarity with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Experience in financial services, market intelligence, ratings, or regulated enterprise environments.
