Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and enterprise application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support modern enterprise and AI-driven customer experience solutions. In this role, you will work on developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices while collaborating closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams. Experience working with enterprise integrations, cloud-native applications, and modern software engineering practices is highly preferred. Exposure to contact center technologies, AI-powered platforms, or cloud services will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise and customer-facing applications.
Develop data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize application performance with SQL Server and MongoDB.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices and coding standards.
Work with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes to ensure reliable software delivery.
Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable and reliable solutions.
Document technical designs, APIs, deployment processes, and application configurations.
Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering standards, software quality, platform performance, and development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core application development.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.
Experience working with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of application performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
Experience working with Amazon Connect.
Knowledge of CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, Cisco, or NICE.
Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Experience working on AI-powered platforms or enterprise integration solutions.
Knowledge of contact center technologies and customer experience platforms.
