Job Description

Senior .NET Developer

Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring best coding practices and high-quality output.
Drive architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
Develop high-performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
Ensure adherence to software standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices.
Plan and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality.
Participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing backend components.
Implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native designs.
Troubleshoot complex issues across the applications stack.
Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retros.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

57 years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.
Strong proficiency in:
.NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Entity Framework Core
REST API design
Microservices architecture
Experience with:

Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What we Expect from you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered in place of formal degrees.

What you've got

Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and building high-performance backend services.
Solid experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Ability to lead and mentor developers while enforcing best coding practices.
