About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Senior .NET Core Developer with 5-7 years of experience building production-grade backend systems. You will design and deliver scalable Web APIs and microservices using AOT-first engineering practices to improve startup speed, memory efficiency, and runtime performance. Hands-on experience with .NET Core 10 is required.

What You'll Do

Design and build scalable backend services using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

Implement microservices with clear service boundaries, resiliency, and observability.

Optimize startup time, memory usage, and runtime performance using AOT-first engineering practices.

Develop and maintain robust data access layers using Entity Framework Core.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.

Use Claude Code for implementation support, refactoring, debugging, and test generation.

Participate in code reviews, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution.

Contribute to CI/CD, release readiness, and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required

5-7 years of software development experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core 10 and ASP.NET Core.

Proven experience building and maintaining .NET Core Web APIs.

Solid experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems patterns.

Strong working knowledge of Entity Framework Core and relational database design.

Practical implementation experience with AOT in .NET and performance-focused development.

Experience using Claude Code in day-to-day professional development workflows.

Strong understanding of SDLC, code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver reliable solutions.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.

Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and SOLID principles.

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS cloud services, especially EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora PostgreSQL, and S3.

Experience with containerization and orchestration patterns.

Familiarity with API security, authentication, and authorization standards.

Exposure to healthcare or public sector domain systems.
