Senior .Net and Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions while following Agile development practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise web, desktop, and Power Platform applications. 

• Build applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API,WCF, WinForms, and WPF. 

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint (Online & On-Premises), and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). 

• Develop APIs, web services, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and third-party applications. 

• Design and optimize relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, and Entity Framework. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, prepare High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documentation, and deliver highquality solutions. 

• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Follow Agile SDLC practices and contribute to source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management using Git and Azure DevOps. 

• Provide technical guidance, recommend best practices, and contribute to the overall architecture and development strategy. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET application development. 

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. 

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework (.NET 4.5+), .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF, WinForms, and WPF. 

• Experience developing SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016) solutions, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx). 

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, responsive web design, REST APIs, and web services. 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, Entity Framework, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. 

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), client-server architecture, n-tier architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), SDLC, Agile methodologies, and application security. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills 

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SSRS, Telerik Controls, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Azure services. 

• Experience integrating Microsoft and third-party platforms and developing enterprise-scale business applications. 

• Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure certifications are preferred.
