Job Title : Senior MuleSoft Integration Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4), API-led connectivity, OMS/WMS integrations (Manhattan preferred), and cloud-native deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong architectural thinking, and experience in e-commerce and supply chain integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of MuleSoft APIs following API-led connectivity principles (System, Process, and Experience layers).
- Architect and implement complex integrations between OMS/WMS platforms (Manhattan preferred) and external systems including ERP, TMS, marketplaces, and shopping carts.
- Drive e-commerce integration initiatives, including order ingestion, inventory synchronization, returns processing, and shipment tracking.
- Deploy and integrate OMS solutions hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
- Configure and manage Apigee API Gateway, including proxy design, security policies, authentication, and analytics.
- Develop and maintain advanced DataWeave transformations for multi-format data (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI).
- Mentor junior MuleSoft developers and enforce best practices in integration design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and manage automated deployments for MuleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business, performance, and security requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
- Proven experience integrating OMS/WMS platforms (Manhattan preferred) within supply chain or logistics environments.
- Strong experience integrating shopping carts and marketplaces such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon, and Walmart.
- Proficiency with Apigee API Gateway (proxy configuration, security implementation, analytics).
- Experience deploying integration solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced DataWeave expertise for JSON, XML, CSV, and EDI data transformations.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API design and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with B2B EDI transactions including 888, 840, 850, 856, and 810.
