Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior MSBI Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MSBI technologies, data modeling, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their BI needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design data models and ETL processes to support reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security in BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an MSBI Consultant or similar role.Strong expertise in MSBI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and Power BI.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
