Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, and full-stack Microsoft technologies. The role involves designing scalable CRM solutions and collaborating with US-based stakeholders in a remote environment aligned with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions
- Build plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, ribbons, and business rules
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services
- Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems
- Develop applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework
- Work on JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React), HTML, CSS for front-end components
- Utilize Azure services for integrations and automation
- Collaborate with US clients and cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- 10- 12+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework
- Experience in CRM customization and third-party integrations
- Hands-on with REST APIs, JavaScript (Angular/React), HTML, CSS
- Experience with Azure services
- Prior experience working with US stakeholders
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) in a remote setup
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Dynamics security model, data migration, and performance optimization
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Azure certifications
