About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling motion, sharp video edits, and a strong visual narrative. This role goes beyond animations—you'll be deeply involved in video production, in-house shoots, and leveraging AI tools to scale creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
Motion & Visual Design
● Conceptualize and execute high-quality motion graphics for ads, social media, and brand campaigns
● Create engaging animations, transitions, and visual storytelling formats
● Maintain brand consistency across all motion assets
Video Editing
● Edit performance-driven ad films, reels, and campaign videos
● Work with raw footage to craft compelling, fast-paced edits
● Add sound design, color correction, and finishing touches
● Deliver high volumes of video edits at speed while maintaining quality and brand consistency
In-house Shoots
● Collaborate on shoot planning: moodboards, shot lists, references
● Direct or assist during in-house shoots (fashion/product/lifestyle)
● Ensure footage captured is optimized for editing and performance
AI-led Creative Execution
● Use AI tools for faster content creation (video, backgrounds, voice, etc.)
● Experiment with AI-generated visuals, motion, and editing workflows
● Stay updated with emerging AI tools and integrate them into production
Collaboration & Strategy
● Work closely with marketing, performance, and content teams
● Translate briefs into high-performing creatives
● Iterate quickly based on data and feedback
Skills and Qualifications Required:
● 4–7 years of experience in motion graphics + video editing
● Strong command of tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop (or similar)
● Proven experience in editing ads/reels for digital-first brands
● Hands-on experience with shoots (planning to execution)
● Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Pika, ChatGPT, etc.)
● Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
● Ability to manage multiple projects and fast turnarounds
● Comfortable working in a high-frequency, fast-delivery content environment
Bonus Points:
● Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
● Understanding of performance marketing creatives
● Basic knowledge of sound design / color grading
● Ability to ideate content, not just execute
