Senior Motion Graphic Designer (AI Specialist)

Auromira is seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer with advanced AI-based design capabilities to lead advertising visuals across branding films, product AVs, social storytelling, and campaign design. This is a high-impact creative role based out of our Gadchiroli creative hub, where national and international-level projects are executed with precision and originality.

• Design and animate motion graphics for advertising and branding content
• Utilize AI tools like Runway, Pika, Firefly, AnimateDiff, Midjourney, etc., for accelerated and creative workflows
• Lead the creation of animated typography, brand AVs, explainers, and cinematic transitions
• Collaborate with in-house writers, editors, cinematographers, and art directors
• Storyboard, design, and deliver visually rich and emotionally compelling assets
• Guide and train junior artists in motion, style, and AI workflows

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Hands-on with AI-based visual generation tools
• Strong grasp of movement, timing, and visual narrative
• Experience with sound syncing and motion branding
• Bonus: Blender / Cinema 4D / Unreal Engine / Figma

• 5–7 years of proven experience in creative advertising / branded content
• Passionate about visual design, AI, and storytelling through motion
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
