expert who can design, scale, and optimize production-grade databases.

Role Overview

We

are looking for a hands-on MongoDB expert who can manage high-performance

databases, optimize queries, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security

in AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design

and maintain scalable MongoDB schemas

Optimize

queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines

Handle

high-volume, real-time data workloads

Implement

replication, sharding, and backups

Ensure

data security and access controls

Monitor

performance and troubleshoot production issues

Work

closely with backend and AI teams

Requirements

Strong

hands-on experience with MongoDB (production level)

Experience

with schema design & performance tuning

Knowledge

of replica sets and sharding

Experience

with Node.js / Python backend integration

Familiarity

with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Startup

or fast-paced environment experience preferred

Experience Level

4+

years working with MongoDB

Experience

in SaaS / AI-driven products is a plus
