We are looking for a highly skilled MongoDB Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB Atlas Change Streams, Python, and scalable system design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building high-performance, event-driven applications and a deep understanding of parallel processing and multithreaded systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB-based data models and collections
- Implement real-time data processing pipelines using MongoDB Atlas Change Streams
- Build scalable backend services using Python
- Architect and develop event-driven, high-throughput systems
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and schema design
- Implement parallelism and multithreading to improve system performance
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and data flow
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years to 9 years of strong experience in MongoDB development
- Hands-on expertise in MongoDB Atlas & Change Streams
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Strong understanding of parallelism, multithreading, and system design
- Experience with real-time processing and event-driven architectures
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming tools
- Familiarity with cloud and DevOps practices
