Senior Modeler

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Checker located in Chennai. The Senior Checker will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of detailed drawings and models. Day-to-day tasks include examining 3D models, reviewing engineering designs, checking material specifications, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role involves collaboration with design and engineering teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Experience in reviewing and checking detailed drawings and 3D models
• Proficiency in engineering design and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of material specifications and construction standards
• Ability to work closely with design and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
