Role Description

This is a full-time In office position for a Senior Modeler and Senior Detailer. The role involves creating 3D models of structural and miscellaneous steel components, producing accurate shop drawings, interpreting design and construction documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. Collaboration with the project team to meet deadlines and quality expectations is an integral part of this position. As a senior-level role, mentoring junior team members and ensuring model accuracy will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Steel Detailing, Miscellaneous Steel Detailing, and Connection Design
• Expertise in 3D modeling software
• Strong understanding of international steel detailing standards, including AISC, OSHA, CISC, and AUS/NZ
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and engineering specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing shop and erection drawings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team
• Prior experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related technical field preferred
