We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML Lead / Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in architecture, solution design, and enterprise-scale AI/ML systems.

This is a senior technical leadership role focused on designing scalable AI platforms, driving MLOps practices, and delivering production-grade AI solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Focus Areas:

• End-to-end AI/ML architecture (data ingestion → training → deployment → monitoring → retraining)
• Enterprise-scale ML solution design on cloud platforms
• MLOps pipeline development and automation
• Performance tuning, scalability, and production optimization
• AI governance, reliability, and compliance
• Collaboration with Data Engineering, Data Science, Cloud, and Product teams

️ Required Expertise:

• 10–14 years of experience in AI/ML / Data Science / Software Engineering
• Strong Python and ML framework experience
• Cloud platforms: Azure AI / Azure ML, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-native services
• MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, deployment automation
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and enterprise AI architecture

Preferred:

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Enterprise AI modernization or cloud transformation projects

Strong exposure to scalable AI infrastructure and governance frameworks
