ML/AI SPECIALIST (SENIOR)
Experience: 5-8 years in Machine Learning/AI
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy production-grade ML models for failure prediction
- Implement ensemble methods (Random Forest, XGBoost, CatBoost, AdaBoost, ANN)
- Achieve 90% model accuracy with 0.90 precision, 0.80 recall
- Perform root cause analysis, anomaly detection, and SLA risk prediction
- Conduct model validation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization
Must-Have Skills:
- Implementation experience of real-time projects handling large datasets
- Expert in Python (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of time-series forecasting and survival analysis
- Experience with Isolation Forest, One-Class SVM, Hidden Markov Models
- MLflow model registry and version control
- Feature engineering (50-150 features per model)
Nice-to-Have:
- Transportation/IoT domain experience
- AWS SageMaker, Prophet, Cox Hazard modeling
