Role Overview
As a Senior MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing business reporting, building insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven decisions across retail, e-commerce, and operations. This role plays a critical part in providing leadership with accurate, real-time visibility into business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, automate, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across functions
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, and overall business performance
- Track and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment cycles
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting through Genesis and other business systems
- Consolidate and validate data from ERP, POS, e-commerce, and finance platforms
- Identify trends, highlight variances, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize metrics and streamline data flow
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Reporting
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Prior exposure to retail or consumer business data is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
