Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior MIS Analyst role, based in Delhi. The Senior MIS Analyst will oversee the design and maintenance of management information systems (MIS) to ensure efficient organizational operations. Responsibilities include conducting systems analysis, developing and maintaining dashboards, and providing actionable insights using advanced analytical techniques. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and ensure data accuracy for better decision-making.

Qualifications- Strong experience of Advance Excel

• Proficient in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Systems
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in systems analysis
• Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Familiarity with reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Experience in the education or recruitment industry is desirable
